BLACK FOREST HAM PINWHEELS
1 pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened
4 tsp. Minced Fresh Dill
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1/2 Cup Dried Cherries, Chopped
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions
5 - Flour Tortillas (10in.), Room Temperature
1/2 lb. Sliced Deli Black Forest Ham
1/2 lb. Sliced Swiss Cheese
1) In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in cherries and onions. Spread over tortilla; layer with ham and cheese.
2) Roll up tightly; securely wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into 1/2-in. slices.
